This page lists the most recently-released software versions for QUV, Q-SUN, and Q-FOG testers.
These apply to all Q-Lab testers with a Gen 3 & Gen 4 main controllers, which can be identified by the presence of a blue circuit board. Gen 4 controllers feature dual, full-color touchscreen displays.
Please contact our repair team by phone at +1-440-835-8700, by email, or by completing the form. Q-Lab Repair personnel will contact you to discuss your situation and, when applicable, provide you with necessary software files and instructions to perform an update.
Required updates must be installed immediately, as they address issues that may affect strongly tester performance and/or pose a safety concern.
Recommended updates should be installed as soon as possible, as they offer a significant improvement and/or make an important correction.
Optional updates should not be installed unless Q-Lab personnel have directed you to do so.
