Accelerated laboratory corrosion testing and weathering testing are both widely-used methods for evaluating the performance of materials in outdoor resistance by exposing them to UV light, heat, water, and salt condition. A significant body of research has demonstrated that combined corrosion and weathering tests like ASTM D5894 and ISO 12944 correlate very well with outdoor results for many materials.

This webinar will outline the development and practice of key international standards for combined corrosion and weathering testing and present several case studies for correlation to outdoor results using both standard and tailored test conditions.
